Lucid Illusions
Lucid Illusions is an upcoming three-piece blues/punk rock band from Houston, TX. With a raw, genre-bending rock sound and an emotionally charged live performance, they’ve earned a reputation for lighting up stages across Texas and beyond. The band has opened for national acts including Papa Roach, Seether, Bush, Everclear, The Hu, and many more — even filling in as headliner for a Puddle of Mudd show.
Lucid Illusions has been named Houston’s Best Local Band by the Houston Chronicle for three consecutive years (2022–2024) and was recently awarded a $10,000 music grant by Karbach Brewery (Anheuser-Busch) — the only Texas band to receive this honor.
Their 2022 sophomore album, Something New, features singles “Move Along” and “I Don’t Belong Anymore,” both of which received radio play on Houston’s 94.5 The Buzz. With a growing fanbase, strong industry momentum, and a relentless work ethic, Lucid Illusions is ready to take their sound nationwide.
